1. The Services
Amare Tech provides Shopify apps beginning with Product Registration & Warranty Claims, which lets merchants publish registration and claim forms, maintain registration records, review supporting evidence, manage claim states, and support RMA workflows. Additional apps, including Backup & Restore, may be introduced later. Features and availability may change over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your Shopify access.
3. Subscriptions, trials & billing
- If paid plans are offered, prices, limits, trial periods, and billing terms will be shown in the app or Shopify App Store listing before you subscribe.
- Charges processed through Shopify appear on your Shopify invoice; we do not receive full payment-card numbers.
- You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, reverse engineer them, access data you are not authorized to access, or use them to violate any law or Shopify's terms.
5. Warranty programs & your responsibilities
The app provides workflow tools; Amare Tech is not the seller, manufacturer, warrantor, or claims decision-maker. Merchants are solely responsible for their warranty terms, eligibility rules, disclosures, customer communications, claim decisions, RMAs, replacements, refunds, repairs, and compliance with consumer-protection and privacy laws. You must configure forms to collect only information you are authorized to collect and keep your published policies accurate.
6. Customer submissions & uploaded content
You remain responsible for registration records, claim submissions, receipts, images, documents, and other content processed for your store. You must not use the Services to solicit or store unlawful, malicious, or unnecessarily sensitive content. We may restrict files or remove content that threatens the security or lawful operation of the Services.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Services, including software, branding, and content, excluding your store data, which remains yours. We process your store data solely to provide the Services.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amare Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. [Confirm with counsel and align with your governing law.]
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
